This Summer’S Cool with Summer SChOOL!
Summer School in Cluj-Napoca brings together 3 NGOs, 10 international youth trainers and 100 children from different backgrounds and ages - marginalized children, poor families, internationals families - for 10 weeks, in order to assure the development and well being of the children.
Social and cultural integration of international children (from Happy Kids), social integration of vulnerable children (from FRCCF), poor families or marginalized children is one of the major problems identified in the regional country.
The two NGOs offer a great mixture of children and AIESEC provides the best international experience thru trainees that will help all types of problems by the children.
New and innovative non-formal education methods will be implemented by the international youth trainers and good case practice will be shared. The results will be personal and social skills developed, cultural sensitivity increased and proactive attitudes among children encouraged.
With 10 weeks, 10 teams, 10 internationals… the final score at the Summer School could be only another cool 10!
